FIELD: technology of heavy mechanical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to installation for mounting of lining segments, as well as to tunneling machine containing such installation for lining segments mounting. According to the present invention, a lining segment mounting installation is disclosed, wherein the lining segments mounting installation comprises a gripping device, note here that gripping device comprises base, drive elements and two hold-down elements. Holes are made at the base for two hold-down elements. Note here that holes for two hold-down elements are arranged relative to two gripping holes in lining segment. Drive elements are made on the base. Two clamping elements are made corresponding to holes for two clamping elements, respectively, wherein two clamping elements are connected to drive elements. Holes for hold-down elements direct clamping elements for their introduction into gripping holes and removal from them. Drive elements bring two pressing elements into action for their introduction into gripping holes and removal from them, and when pressure elements are inserted into gripping holes, pressing elements are brought into action for their pressing against inner walls of gripping holes. Said drive elements comprise: two telescopic elements, wherein said two telescopic elements are made on said base to turn thereabout; wherein each of said clamping elements is pivotally connected to one of said telescopic elements, and two swivel brackets. Each of said rotary arms is rotatably connected to said base and one of said telescopic elements; said base comprises two central hinge supports, each of said telescopic elements being hinged to one of said central hinge supports. Thus, installation for mounting of lining segments can, by means of gripping device driving elements, actuate two clamping elements for their introduction into two gripping holes respectively, and then actuate clamping elements to be pressed to inner walls of gripping holes; and then gripping covering segment by means of two gripping holes.
EFFECT: structure is simple, and also it is simple and easy to use.
