FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer insulating panel for installation of electric heating system containing electric heating wires, flooring or wall of building. Panel consists of main insulating layer having first surface and second opposite surface, sheet made from polymer material, connected to one of said first or second surfaces. Sheet has a first side and a second opposite side and comprises a plurality of bulges uniformly spaced from each other on the first side, to fix electric heating wires on first side with possibility of their reinstallation. Panel also contains a connecting layer fixed on the second side of the sheet. Connecting layer is placed between the second side of the sheet and one of the first or second surfaces of the main layer after the main insulating layer is combined with the polymer sheet.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of panels assembly.
