FIELD: pulp industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for winding flexible elongated body, such as tube, hose or electric wire. Paper reel comprises a winding drum made of paper, in the form of an impeller for winding a flexible elongated body, flange plates made of paper, attached to one end and the other end in the direction of the winding drum axis. Winding reel has a hollow shell part in the form of a shaft and a plurality of vane sections extending radially outward from the outer circumference of the sleeve section. Shaft section in form of shaft and blade sections are made as a whole by means of sheet bending, cut in such form that shaft elements forming sleeve section in form of shaft, and pair of vane elements, forming vane sections are continued in turn. Shaft portion in form of shaft is formed by hollow shape by arrangement of shaft elements about axis, wherein adjacent shaft elements are in contact with each other. Vane sections are formed by double bending of pairs of vane sections and continue along axis and along entire length of sleeve section in form of shaft. At both ends in winding drum axial direction fixing elements for connection are formed, and winding drum and flange plates are connected by fixating fixing elements with flange plates.

EFFECT: providing strength of winding drum and sleeve of shaft section, ease of configuration and ease of assembly of coil.
