FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in plant watering. Complex for preparation of feed solution consists of control unit, accumulation tank, tanks with concentrates, central pipeline representing circuit, pumps and valves. Accumulating tank is connected to inlet and outlet of central pipeline. Each tank containing concentrate is connected to inlet of concentrate supply line, and outlet of the line is connected to central pipe circuit. In each line, closer to pipeline contour, peristaltic pump is installed at outlet for control of concentrate supply. Pump is arranged at central pipeline inlet to pump fluid in circuit. Further, on the section of the inlet of the central pipeline contour there are feeding supply lines to the plants, wherein the input of each line is connected to the circuit and comprises a valve for feeding the supply solution to the plants, and the outlet is directed to the plants. Further, a check valve is arranged along the circuit. Further, on the section of the circuit between the check valve and peristaltic pumps there are two sensors for regulating the supply of concentrates. First sensor serves to measure the conductivity of the solution, the second sensor is an indicator and serves to measure acidity of the solution. Control unit contains recipes for preparing feed solution for certain plants and is electrically connected to valves, pumps and sensors. Method for preparation of a feeding solution consists in the fact that recipes of solution preparation for concrete plant cultures are loaded into the control unit. Required volume of water is accumulated in the accumulation tank; water is supplied from the tank into the central pipeline circuit. Using the control unit, the concentrate mixing program is started in the required proportions. As circulation of water in automatic mode is added to concentrate in required amount in accordance with recipe, at that for each recipe values of electroconductivity and acidity of solution are set. Using the control unit, in the automatic mode, concentrates are added to the contour until electrical conductivity and acidity values are equal to the target value. In the automatic mode, the prepared feed solution is supplied from the accumulation tank to the shelves with plants assigned according to the recipe.
EFFECT: technical result consists in achievement of high accuracy of compliance with proportions during preparation of feeding solution, as well as in its effective application in watering plants.
