SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and land reclamation construction, in particular, to a method of device for filtration water to be diverted into the lower waterway of the hydrosystem and to lower a depression surface in the body of a ground dam, in base of which there are pressure water, and can be used in drying areas with pressure water-bearing horizons. Method of combined drainage device of ground dam includes laying closed horizontal drain-collector 1 with filter of granular material 2, arrangement along it of vertical wells 7, water intake part of which is in pressure water-bearing horizon, and their connection to closed horizontal drainage collector 1 by means of inclined tubes 5, bringing vertical wells 7 to the ground surface, which are arranged along closed horizontal drain-collector 1 at a distance greater than critical Lkp, connected to vertical well 7 inclined pipes 5 at angle of 5–10° towards closed horizontal drain-collector 1, included in it at the level of depression surface 3 in the body of soil dam, along which water by gravity due to the slope from vertical well 7 enters the closed horizontal drainage collector 1 at the level of normal position of depression surface 3, preventing development of mechanical suffusion and siltation of drain collectors 1 during unloading of pressure water 6 of the base of the ground dam.

EFFECT: invention prevents development of mechanical suffusion and siltation of drains during unloading of pressure water of base into combined drainage, excluding creation of overpressure during unloading of pressure ground water conduits of ground dam into drainage, to increase depression surface in soil dam body, to increase service life of horizontal drains, to reduce expenses for drainage maintenance.
