METHOD OF PRODUCING ARTICLES WITH MODIFIED OAT SHELLS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC B44C5/04 B44C1/24 

FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing articles with modified oat shells is intended for use on the basis of conifer cone wastes and oat processing in interior surfaces of premises, for manufacture of ecologically safe decorative products, souvenir products, art panels. Conifer cone cores are crushed in amount of 5–80 wt % of initial material, cone husks of coniferous trees in amount of 5–80 wt % of starting material and cedar nut shell in amount of 5–80 wt % of initial material. Said components of starting material and binder, which is modified from oat casings in amount of 10–50 wt % of starting material, are mixed, which are pretreated by explosive auto-hydrolysis and then ground. Further, starting material is pressed under pressure with constant heating, maintained under pressure for 10–12 minutes and maintained at pressure at room temperature.

EFFECT: considerably improved operational characteristics of articles made based on this method, strength and moisture resistance, health-improving effect and ecological utility when using these products are achieved, possibilities of implementation of any coniferous trees by cone waste are expanded.
