FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of construction materials, specifically to methods for production of binder based on calcium sulphate from acid fluoride as source material, as well as compositions based on acid fluoride binder. Binder includes acid fluoride powder, which is closed with an aqueous solution of hardening activator, which is an aqueous solution with concentration of sodium phosphate from 2 % to 3 %, content of acid fluoride in the binder ranges from 63 % to 76 %, and content of the hardening activator ranges from 24 % to 37 %. Method of producing a high-strength acid fluoride binder involves a preliminary bed of acid fluoride powder and its mixing with an aqueous solution of a hardening activator which is obtained by dissolving sodium phosphate salt granules in water to an aqueous solution concentration of 2 % to 3 %. Binder-based compositions additionally contain a light filler in form of expanded polystyrene or expanded perlite sand.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is creation of acid fluoride binder from man-made anhydrite and construction compositions with improved physical and mechanical properties.
