Method of information exchange on formation includes: reception by first network device of first information on beam formation transmitted by second network device, wherein the first network device is a network device corresponding to serving cell, where terminal is currently located, second network device is network device adjacent to first network device, and first information on beam formation is information related to measurement of beam parameters of second network device; and configuration by first network device of terminal in accordance with first information on beam formation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of handover through preliminary configuration of terminal in accordance with information on formation of beam from neighbouring network device.
