Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the device contains: excitation branch, the first branch, the second branch, the third branch and the grounding branch; excitation branch is connected to excitation point, and grounding branch is connected to grounding point; first branch and third branch are concave branches; second branch represents a cranked branch; excitation branch, first branch, second branch, third branch and grounding branch are connected in series to form annular structure with slit; slit is located between the excitation branch and the grounding branch, and the slot is internally insulated.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of antenna module dimensions.
