FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication and is intended for transmitting data in a system with OFDM signals, using CDMA coding in conditions of dynamically changing interference and signaling environment in the mobile communication network operation area. Quality of the received successive streams is analyzed, reports are generated from the obtained quality estimates, which are multiplexed with useful information intended for transmission, when receiving report performing control of conformity of received from report indicators of reception quality level and parameters used for transmission of modulation type and information speed coefficient, in violation of compliance, simultaneously generating a service message in form of a command containing new values of parameters of modulation type and information rate coefficient, which is multiplexed together with useful information intended for transmission, and storing new values of parameters of modulation type and information speed coefficient until receiving confirmation of execution of generated command, at the moment of receiving the command to replace the parameters of the modulation type and the information rate coefficient, simultaneously generating a service message in the form of an acknowledgment, which is multiplexed together with useful information to be transmitted, and new values of parameters of the modulation type and the information reception rate coefficient, which are contained in the received command, are set, and when receiving acknowledgment, previously stored new values of parameters of modulation type and information speed coefficient are installed on transmitting part.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of information throughput capacity when observing different propagation conditions in transmission and reception directions and different interference environment at opposite ends of radio communication lines due to separate control of types of modulations and coefficients of information transmission speed separately at reception and on transfer.
