SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communications. Methods and device for configuration, in network node of wireless communication network, resource of reference signal, used for performance of measurements of information on channel state, CSI, with one or several wireless devices. Resource of reference signal is aggregated in one or more of frequency and time domain, and the aggregate resource characteristic of the reference signal, which is to be transmitted to one or more wireless devices, is controlled.

EFFECT: technical result is providing a flexible controlled density of CSI-RS, which enables a single CSI-RS structure to be easily adapted; such flexibility and controllability improves efficiency of the NR system over all sub-carrier and operating frequency intervals.
