FIELD: drilling of wells.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to well flow device for control of fluid medium flow between annular space and inner channel of well tubular metal structure. Downhole flow device consists of sliding coupling and tubular part elongated in axial direction and containing first hole and second hole shifted relative to first in axial direction. Sliding coupling is made with possibility to slide inside the tubular part between the first position ensuring the hole closing and the second position ensuring the hole full opening. Tubular part comprises first and second grooves. First groove is located at the first distance from the second groove along the axial direction. Sliding coupling comprises a protruding part made with possibility of engagement with the first groove in the first position and with the second groove in the second position. Tubular part comprises third groove made with possibility of its being engaged by protruding part and located at second distance to second groove, which is less than the first distance. Borehole fluid flow control system in well comprises well tubular metal structure located in borehole, downhole flow device, downhole moving tool configured to move sliding sleeve along axial direction, and power source, made with possibility to supply power for operation of downhole moving tool. To implement the method of changing the position of the downhole flow tool, the tool is arranged in engagement with the sliding coupling. Moving the sliding sleeve along the axial direction to engage the protruding part of the sliding coupling with the second groove. Protruding part is disengaged from second groove by moving sliding sleeve further along axial direction in direction of engagement with third groove.
