FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in chemical industry, agriculture industry, production of building materials, and other industries. Unit for mixing and compaction of loose materials contains belt conveyor with drive, batchers installed above conveyor symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis, mixing devices made in form of driving brush drums and equipped with devices for rotation around vertical posts, baffle element, which is a frame with elastic material, which can move along conveyor and inclination to its surface, sealing roller with holes for gas outlet, covered with elastic gas-permeable shell and equipped with spring support. Frame is equipped with elastic material tensioning mechanism located in lower part of frame, wherein tensioning mechanism drive is arranged in frame side part, and in the unloading zone there is a guiding device with longitudinal partitions contacting the sharpened end with the tape, and by the other end entering the unloading device, besides, from the lower side the guiding device is fixed with the possibility of rotation to the unloading device and is equipped with clamping device.
EFFECT: invention with relatively simple design provides high quality of mixing loose media, including those prone to segregation, and prevents caking of compacted mixture during storage.
