FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for measuring altitude using barometric devices and can be used aboard small-size unmanned aerial vehicles. Essence of the invention consists in that that the aromatic altimeter comprises an absolute barometric pressure sensor, a direct current amplifier, an adjustable bias voltage shaper, a stabilized voltage source, first and second electromechanical switches, electronic switch, height indicator, N measuring transducers, where N is an integer greater than zero, a waiting multivibrator, generator of rectangular voltage pulses controlled by duration, power amplifier, servo drive, first and second voltage-to-current converters. Servo drive is conjugated with unidirectional kinematic link with altitude indicator.

EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities and application field of barometric altimeter.
