SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and pharmaceutical industry. Disclosed is a method of producing mineral-enriched drinking water comprising adding to water enriching water-soluble macro- and microelements, wherein water is represented by artesian or melt, or distilled water, or bidistilled water, and water-soluble enriching ingredients are represented by zinc sulphate (ZnSO4) – zinc source (Zn2+), manganese sulphate (MnSO4) – manganese source (Mn2+), iron sulphate (FeSO4) – iron source (Fe2+), ammonium molybdate ((NH4)2MoO4), or sodium molybdate (Na2MoO4), or ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate ((NH4)6Mo7O24⋅4H2O) – a source of molybdenum (Mo6+), sulphate nickel (NiSO4) – nickel source (Ni2+), copper sulphate (CuSO4) – copper source (Cu2+), cobalt chloride (CoCl2) – cobalt source (Co2+), boric acid (H3BO3) – boron source (B3+), sodium fluoride (NaF) – fluorine source (F-), magnesium sulphate (MgSO4) – magnesium source (Mg2+), ammonium metavanadate (NH4VO3) – vanadium source (V5+), which is added to water in the following initial ratio, mg/l: zinc sulphate 1.1; manganese sulphate 0.31; iron sulphate 2; ammonium molybdate, or sodium molybdate, or ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate 0.19; nickel sulphate 0.11; copper sulphate 0.25; 0.025 of cobalt chloride; boric acid 0.1; sodium fluoride 0.09; magnesium sulphate 0.4; ammonium metavanadate 0.12, followed by thorough mixing of enriching ingredients in water for 5–10 minutes at mixer rotation frequency of 50–100 rpm, and subsequent treatment of enriched water by means of magnetic field of permanent magnets with induction B = 150–200 mTl or device for water magnetisation , and further freezing at temperature of −70 °C and lower, and thawing at temperature not higher than +10 °C.

EFFECT: invention enables to develop a highly efficient, cheap and simple method of producing biologically active water enriched with water-soluble minerals with a balanced mineral composition.
