FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of mechanization of loading and unloading operations at unloading bulk cargoes from open wagons. Device for opening and closing hatch cover of open-top wagon is hinged on self-propelled chassis, in particular, loader, excavator, bulldozer, and comprises frame (1), on which there are hydraulic cylinders (8) with levers (7) for rotation and output of bearings (4) from engagement with angles and hydraulic cylinders (10) with levers (9) turning grips of rotary sectors (3). On the transverse beam of the frame there is a fork grip for holding and lifting the hatch cover and positioning the device relative to the open wagon.
EFFECT: invention minimizes manual labour.
