SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to clinical laboratory diagnostics, biotechnology and medicine. Disclosed is a method of producing inactivated soluble purified protein-lipopolysaccharide antigenic substance Rickettsia sibirica for preparing a main component of a test system - an immunosorbent, comprising inactivated lyophilized fully soluble Rickettsia sibirica antigen resuspension, then the antigen suspension is subjected to ultrasonic treatment with subsequent centrifugation and the supernatant is extracted, then the supernatant is subjected to the chromatography on the chromatographic sorbent column, after which the fractions are evaluated for specific antigenic activity in the EIA and the fractions of the first peak are further combined and adjacent to it, which demonstrated in EIA best ratio of average values of optical density of OD of positive control samples to average values of optical density of OD of negative control samples. Also disclosed are a test system comprising said inactivated soluble purified protein-lipopolysaccharide antigenic substance Rickettsia sibirica, and a diagnostic technique for rickettsial diseases using said test system.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher sensitivity, information value and specificity of the method for diagnosing rickettsial diseases, conducted by indirect solid-phase EIA technique.
