SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway vehicles, including to the non-pedestal bogies of diesel locomotives. Bogie comprises a frame with electric motors mounted on it and wheel pairs. Two-arm levers are installed in area of extreme wheel-motor units. One arm of levers is in contact with cylindrical pins fixed on wheel-motor units. Other arm of levers is in contact with cylindrical pins fixed on locomotive body. Each extreme wheel-motor unit is hingedly mounted on the bogie.

EFFECT: decreased wear of wheel pairs of locomotive.
