SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modified derivative peptide YY (PYY), and can be used in medicine. Compound of the present invention is PYY with amino acid modifications of Lys7/10, Trp30 and Leu31 and, in addition to them, Ile22 and/or Tyr28 with respect to native protein, to which a modifying group of lipid nature is bonded by the ε-amino group Lys7/10.
EFFECT: compound of the present invention can act as a selective Y2-receptor agonist.
