FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and mining industry, in particular, to pneumatic impact devices. Impact mechanism comprises cylindrical housing with outlet channels, annular flange with through central hole, working tool with shank, stepped striker with rod part, rod installed in central hole of annular flange with piston part constantly located in through axial hole of stepped striker, annular chamber of pneumatic buffer, bushing of cylindrical housing with hole for passage of rod part of stepped striker and forming on the side of annular chamber of pneumatic buffer of annular neck, limiting value of movement of step striker, which is fixed with respect to the cylindrical body, the glass with the air supply channel, the annular distribution chamber in the sleeve of the cylindrical body, network air chamber on the side of the annular flange, the idle stroke chamber on the side of the working tool shank, which is retained by the spring relative to the cylindrical housing, on the rod piston part side surface, an inclined flask with variable geometrical cross-section is made, increasing from side surface of piston part from rod side to end on piston part from side of through axial hole of stepped striker. On the diametrically opposite side of the side surface of the piston part of the rod there is an additional inclined flank channel. Surfaces of both channels-flats are made converging at acute angle on end of piston part of rod with formation of varying cross section, decreasing from full diametrical cross-section of piston part of rod to end on end part installed in through axial hole of stepped striker.
EFFECT: higher energy and frequency of impacts, as well as efficiency of pneumatic impact mechanism.
