FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a fodder product for broiler chickens. Fodder product includes wheat, maize, soya extraction cake, semi-fatty soya, soya oil, limestone, monocalcium phosphate, lysine-mono-chlorohydrate, methionine, salt, bacelle-M, threonine, mineral blend, vitamin blend, choline chloride, fecord hydrolyzate of collagen-containing raw material, hydrolyzate of keratin from a feather. Hydrolyzate of keratin from a feather contains protein of not less than 80 % with digestibility of not less than 70 %. Hydrolyzate of collagen-containing raw material contains protein of not less than 70 % with digestibility of not less than 70 %. Hydrolyzates are obtained by a method of short-term temperature treatment in a thin layer. Product is produced from the broiler chickens on the day of age till the end of poultry rearing. All the initial components are taken at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to increase broiler chickens live weight, to reduce fodder consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain.
