SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized computer devices and can be used to simulate the process of changing conditions of a separate detected object recorded in a directory of exploration of different-type mobile objects under conditions of action on it. Device comprises three clock pulses, three random number sensors, a unit for calculating the probability of detecting a mobile object, a comparison unit, a shift register, a unit for calculating the size of the mobile object, a unit for calculating squares of deviations of the size of the mobile object, a unit for determining the type of the mobile object, a unit for calculating coordinates of the mobile object, a memory register, a logic comparison unit, a unit for calculating the probability of states of the object, a unit for calculating the probability state of the undetected object, a unit for calculating a probability state of a detected object, a unit for calculating transient probabilities, a unit for intensity of action on the object, a unit for calculating the state of the object.
EFFECT: technical result is simulation of conditions of a separate object in conditions of uncertainty.
