FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and energy technology, and directly to a method of cleaning process surfaces of draft and dust collecting equipment, including impeller pumps, blow fans, smoke exhausters, dust catchers, and can be used for destruction and removal of deposits of solid, bound and loose materials. Device includes an air gun mounted on the equipment housing, connected to the exhaust branch pipe for pulse emissions of the working agent, for example, compressed air, towards the impeller blades through the hole in the equipment housing. Exhaust pipe is connected by means of a waveguide installed inside the case to the exhaust nozzle installed in the internal volume of the impeller and directed to the cleaned surfaces.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cleaning of impellers or process surfaces due to arrangement in exhaust wheel inner volume of exhaust nozzle, without which can not be provided for delivery of pulse release of working agent at optimum distance from working surfaces and aiming of pulse emission directly on contaminated surfaces at optimum angles, as well as increased reliability of cleaning due to reduced or complete exclusion of exhaust nozzle filling with solid fractions contained in working gases.
