SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to pharmaceutics, namely to production of medicinal preparations possessing local antiviral, anti-oedema, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipruritic action. Vaginal suppository contains riamilovir, an ammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid, aciclovir, aqua-complex of titanium glycerol-solvate, as well as an integrated base compatible with the vaginal mucosa, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: riamilovir - 1.48–1.84; acyclovir - 1.48–1.84; ammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid - 2.91–3.09; aquacomplex of titanium glycerosolvate - 9.9–10.0; PEO-400 - 18.44–19.0; PEO-1500 - 64.3–65.6. Total weight of the vaginal suppository is 2.88–3.12 g.

EFFECT: invention provides preparing the preparations of complex antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and analgesic action in the form of suppositories for use as local treatment in therapy regimens of genital manifestations of herpes virus infection, characterized by effectiveness, ease of use and stability during production and storage.
