FIELD: test technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of vibration testing and testing equipment and can be used to increase reliability of testing technical items on the effect of broadband random vibration (BRV) in multipoint control on single-component electrodynamic shocks. In the proposed method and device for its implementation, each pair of even number of control points is located in one measuring plane with the working axis of the vibration table on opposite sides of this axis. Not less than two pairs of control points located in two mutually perpendicular planes with an intersection line coinciding with the working axis of the vibration table are used. Instantaneous current values of vibration accelerations of each pair of vibration transducers at two control points in one measuring plane are summed up using setting factors of weight coefficients and adders of instantaneous current values. As a result of two pairs of control points, two dependencies of instantaneous current values of vibration acceleration on time, in which systematic errors are eliminated, caused by parasitic angular vibrations of movable part of vibration test bench with test article fixed on it. Said relationships as time functions are fed to inputs of vibration test system controller, at output of which feedback signal is received.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of reproducing BRV.
