FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft and rocket production, and more specifically to delivery of tourists to the stratosphere. Device for mass delivery of tourists to the stratosphere and subsequent return to Earth consists of aircraft performing the function of a cargo aircraft. Aircraft is equipped with released chassis for take-off and landing, aerodynamic steering wheels, cruise turbojet engines, control system, cockpit with cockpit canopy, equipped with crew life support facilities. Housing of aircraft has shape of disc flattened in transverse direction and sharpened in front part with flat and skewed to stern part of bottom. On sides of the disc there are aerodynamic keels, wherein aircraft is equipped with rudder turbojet engines, arranged with sustainer turbojet engines in aft part of aircraft. Aerodynamic rudders used are the stern and elevons installed on the aft part of the bottom, and rudders mounted on the rear parts of aerodynamic keels. At all flight speeds control of aerodynamic rudders is supplemented with control of cruise and steering engines.
