FIELD: refrigerating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in refrigeration plants. Refrigerant compressor intended for refrigerating plant includes common housing, compressor unit located in common housing, compressor mechanical drive unit for compressor unit located in drive compartment (34) of common housing and lubricator bath made in drive compartment (34). In common housing separate from drive compartment (34) inlet channel (84), through which compressor unit sucks refrigerant to be compressed. Inlet channel (84) and drive compartment (34) are connected through gas-equalizing channel (112) allowing continuous gas-equalizing gas exchange between them. Gas equalizing channel (112) on one side has opening (114) facing towards drive compartment, and on other side is opening (116) facing inlet side. Length (L) of gas equalizing channel (112) between holes (114), (116) corresponds to at least double value of equivalent diameter (AD) of channel, first of all, minimum equivalent diameter (AD) of channel, gas equalizing channel (112). Embodiments of the refrigerant compressor design are described.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of refrigerant emission.
