FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: driver's seat of military caterpillar vehicle, including: steering column; control pedals; seat and control elements. Steering column is fixed in bracket on rods. One end of the tie-rods is hingedly connected to the caterpillar car roof, the other one is pivotally connected to the support frame, which is fixed on the housing posts by the second end. Fastening of steering column in bracket, which is rigidly connected with rods, is made with possibility of axial and angular adjustment depending on driver's height. Control pedals and seat are also located on support frame. When the seat is set from "in combat" position to "car" position and backwards, the angle of inclination of tie-rods with steering column relative to the seat is automatically changed. Steering column occupies more comfortable position for operation. That means that there is no need to adjust steering column after each installation of seat.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is improved ergonomic indices of driver's seat of military caterpillar vehicle.
