Device comprises an optically transparent dielectric plate on the surface of which there is an electrode in form of a layer of optically transparent electroconductive material, a pulse generator configured to be connected by one output terminal to the person being tested and connected by a second output terminal to the electrode, a digital image signal former with a lens directed to an electrode, a computing unit to which the output of the digital image signal generator is connected, and an information display unit connected to the output of the computing unit.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of human condition determination.
