FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method (200) for measuring level of CO2 exhaled by patient in system (100) of non-invasive artificial ventilation with maintaining positive inhalation pressure, device (100) for non-invasive artificial ventilation and controller (120) of system (100) of non-invasive artificial ventilation. Method includes a step of receiving (220) a signal system, containing an instruction for receiving a measured value of CO2 from a patient during a first period of time determined by a user. Method comprises a step of reducing (230) a system of non-invasive artificial ventilation, in response to said signal, positive airway pressure at the exhalation from the first, higher level to the second, lower level during a user-defined first period of time containing a complete patient's breathing cycle containing one inhalation and one exhalation. Method includes the step of receiving (240) by means of CO2 sensor, the measured value of CO2 for a user-defined first time period and to return (250) of positive airway pressure on expiration to the first, higher level after completion of user defined first period of time. Device (100) comprises user interface (170) configured to receive a signal from a user, containing an instruction for receiving a measured value of CO2 from a patient during a first period of time specified by the user and comprising a complete respiratory cycle. System has sensor (160) CO2, configured to obtain measured values of CO2 exhaled by the patient for a predetermined first period of time by the user. System includes controller (120) communicating with CO2 sensor. Controller (120) is configured to receive signal from user interface (170) of the system containing an instruction. Controller is configured to lower the positive airway pressure in the exhalation in the system. Controller is configured to reduce positive air-expiratory pressure in the airways from the first, higher level to the second, lower level by sending control signal to supercharger (180) of air of non-invasive artificial ventilation system. Controller is configured to send a signal to CO2 sensor (160) of the non-invasive artificial ventilation system containing the instructions for obtaining measured CO2 value during the first time period specified by the user. Controller is configured to return, upon completion of the first time period determined by the user, positive airway pressure at the exhalation to the first higher level.
EFFECT: technical result is more accurate measurement of CO2 level, despite leaks, and maintaining positive airway pressure in the system.
