SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for surface treatment of soil, namely for stubble ploughing and soil lumps grinding. Combined disc harrow comprises a frame with a longitudinal groove, fixed and movable brackets with bearings on the frame, as well as large, medium and small sections arranged in series. Harrow sections represent kinematically connected disks and springs of different diameter and rigidity located at angle of attack α. Device is configured to adjust the angle of attack by moving the bearings along the groove of the frame depending on the cloddiness of the plowed field.

EFFECT: high quality of soil preparation for sowing, id est crumbling of lumps in one pass.
