FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of powerful low-permeability oil deposit with application of water and gas pumping. Method includes selection of wells drilled on deposit, application of packers for exclusion in wells of part of opened productive formation, pumping of working agent into injection wells into lower part of formation, extraction of products from production wells from upper part of formation. According to the invention, selected reservoir with a total net pay thickness layer of at least 50 m and gas content in the oil of at least 300 m3/m, after the initial selection of the formation of products from all wells and reduce the reservoir pressure in the well area to a level not lower than the gas oil saturation pressure by drilling new wells, the wells grid density is adjusted to the value at which distance between well bores in the productive part of the deposit is S = 300–1500 m, after which 20–50 % of wells are transferred for injection of working agent, wherein for water injection wells are selected in the lowest structures of the deposit, in which perforated not more than 1/2 part of the formation at the bottom, and for gas pumping - in the highest structures of the deposit, in which perforated not more than 1/2 part of the formation near the roof, besides, at arrangement of injection wells, it is considered that each injection well formed a source with surrounding production wells in amount of at least two at a distance of not more than S, number of injection wells, ratio and type of water and gas are determined based on results of laboratory studies on oil displacement and hydrodynamic simulation with water and gas volumes, available for pumping in the area of the given deposit and with achieving maximum oil recovery, periodically replacing pumping of working agents - pumping of gas is carried into wells in the plantar part formation, and water - in the roof part of the formation, in the process of development, monitoring of injection and collection by means of hydrodynamic modeling, working agent breakthroughs to production wells, as well as prevention of reduction of formation pressure below oil saturation pressure by gas are controlled by modes and operating time of all wells of the deposit.
EFFECT: invention provides higher oil recovery of a strong low-permeable oil deposit.
