SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid media filtration devices and can be used for preliminary purification of liquid media, for example water, milk and mechanical impurities. Slot-type filter comprises a tubular body on which there is a perforation in the form of transverse slot-type holes arranged along the axis in parallel rows and made on the laser cutting machine with narrowing from the outer surface inside, wherein on the outer surface the size of holes is 250 mcm, on the inner surface - 200 mcm.
EFFECT: technical result of this invention is longer service life of filter due to rigidity of frame, preventing deformation and destruction of filter with increase in pressure drop during filtration, as well as simplified design.
