SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building, in particular, to trailers for passenger cars, to collapsible floating crafts. Boat-trailer consists of universal trailer with telescopic towbar, on which folding fiberglass boat is installed, consisting of two tight compartments. External boundaries of stern and bow are equal, and in bowed position boat bow is located above stern to form closed body. Boat is transported on trailer exclusively in folded condition and is secured by bracket-lanyards in aft part and two brackets in front part of stern compartment. In the aft and bow compartments there are buoyancy margin units, movable benches, transom for installation of outboard motor has cover, which is retracted when boat is used on water. Also the boat is equipped with oars for installation of oars in aft compartment.
