FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to grouting mortars, and can be used in single-stage cementing of extended (more than 2500 m) casing strings overlapping intervals of permeable formations and formations with low gradients of hydraulic fracturing at normal, moderate and high temperatures. Grouting mortar contains the following ratio of components, wt%: grouting mixture GranCEM – 7 BG – 63.286–64.101, nitrilotrimethylphosphonic acid – NTPA – 0.004–0.009, and 18 % sodium chloride solution – 35.89–36.71.
EFFECT: provides for cementation of extended (more than 2,500 m) casing strings in one step by one composition with mortar density (1,700±20) kg/m3 over the whole interval of placement at normal and moderate temperatures and having the required time of thickening for safe performance of cementing works.
