FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weight-measuring equipment, namely to continuous weighing of loose materials, and can be used in construction and production of construction materials. Scales comprises a speed sensor interacting with a lower conveyor belt, a weight sensor, an information processing unit connected to the outputs of the sensors, a weight roller support mounted on the conveyor frame, and a summation mechanism in the form of two levers of equal length, one end attached to the roller carrier, and by the other end - to the connecting element made with two hinges, having mobility in the horizontal plane, transmitting force to the zoom lever, connected to the input of the weight sensor. Distinctive feature of the scales is that the information processing unit in them includes an analogue-to-digital converter, the input of which through the amplifier with adjustable gain and the analogue key is connected to the output of the weight sensor, accumulating the adder, which inputs are connected to outputs of analogue-to-digital converter, and outputs through key circuit are connected to indicator board, binary counter of pulses, operating for subtraction, setting inputs of which are connected to programmer, and outputs are with inputs of logic element OR, two-input logic element AND, first input of which is connected to output of speed sensor and parallel through delay unit - with count input of pulse counter, output of element OR is connected to second input of element AND and parallel through inverter - to control input of key circuit, output of element AND is connected to control input of analogue key. Weight sensor is made in form of nonlinear potentiometer, speed sensor - in form of pulse sensor, and weight roller support is made in form of roller, consisting of two discs with hubs, installed on common axis with possibility of counter screw movement, housing formed by flexible elements connecting discs along periphery, and spacer spring arranged between them. At that, disc hubs have annular grooves while levers of adder mechanism are secured to roller by means of yoke arranged in grooves.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of design, improvement of reliability and accuracy of conveyor scales measurements.
