FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain drying machines. Grain rotary dryer comprises drying chamber formed by external and internal enclosures and perforated bottom, wherein perforated bottom is made in form of rotary platform installed on side and central supports with possibility of rotation in horizontal plane, drier is equipped with agitator, consisting of movable and fixed bars and scrapers of both variable and equal height, hinged to fixed and movable bars by means of bars, dryer is additionally equipped with a second agitator with scrapers of equal height, installed on bars using rods, at the foundation of the dryer through a tension device a gear motor is installed, on shaft of which pressure roller is installed, with side surface resting against support ring of rotary platform, at that tensioning device consists of lower fixed plate, installed on dryer foundation and having guides made along whole length in the form of truncated right pyramid, upper base of which is less than lower one, and in which there are mating ledges on upper plate, on external side surface of which pusher is rigidly fixed.

EFFECT: invention ensures uniform drying and unloading of the dried material, simplifies the design of the drive of the rotary platform.
