FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Strawberry-lime cake is made of a shortcrust semi-product greased with melted fat and filled with strawberry filling with gelatine and a cream layer placed above it. Cookie surface is decorated with a cooked cookie cream. Shortcrust semi-product is made of prime grade wheat flour, sugar powder, melange, margarine for shortcrust dough and water. Strawberry filling with gelatine is made of sand sugar, edible gelatine, lemon acid, strained strawberries and water. Cream located above the strawberry filling with gelatine is made of sand sugar, hen's eggs, food jelly, lemon juice, peanut butter, lemon peel, mint leaves and water. Cooked protein crust is manufactured from sugar sand, raw egg albumen, citric acid, sugar powder, water, sorbic acid, Carmine or Chlorophyll dye. Initial components are used at the specified ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance quality characteristics of cake and give it an original taste.
