FIELD: dosing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispensers for supply of small amounts of liquid, intended for use mainly in medicine. Proposed micro-batcher comprises housing 1, inner volume of which is divided by elastic partition 2 into pressure chamber 3, partially filled with gas-generating low-boiling liquid 4, and a metering fluid chamber 5 provided with filling unit 6 and outlet nozzle 7. Micro-batcher also comprises control unit 8, flow interrupters 9, having inlet 10 and outlet 11 for batched liquid and control inlet 12, and throttle element 13. Input 10 of flow interrupter 9 has connection with outlet union 7, and outlet 11 is connected to input of throttle element 13, output 14 of which is output of device. Control unit 8 has input 15, and output 16 connected to control input 12 of breaker 9, and is configured to generate pulses at this output, and interrupter 9 is configured to pass dosed fluid only during duration of each of said pulses. Peculiar feature of the proposed micro-batcher is that it additionally comprises an input pressure sensor 17 at input 10 of interrupter 9, having signal output 18 connected to input 15 of control unit 8. Latter is configured to generate said pulses supplied from its output 16 to control input 12 of flow interrupter 9 connected thereto, in the form of a sequence with a duty cycle, which is controlled for stabilization at a given level of the rate of supply of the dosed liquid to output 14 from data obtained at the input of control unit 8 from signal output 18 of the input pressure sensor 17 in the middle of gaps between the said pulses. Technical result is achieved, which consists in increased dosing accuracy by excluding the effect of low-boiling liquid vapor pressure instability, as well as in improvement of its operation reliability due to reduced probability of throttling element clogging. In particular cases of device design it is supplemented with output pressure sensor 20 connected by its signal output 21 to input 22 of control unit 8.
EFFECT: high accuracy of dosing by eliminating the effect of instability of vapor pressure of low-boiling liquid, as well as high reliability of its operation due to reduced probability of clogging of the throttle element.
