SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to information security and can be used for analysis and detection of anomalies in behaviour of traffic inside data networks of data transmission of vehicle control systems. Such a result is achieved by a method of protecting vehicle control systems from intrusions characterized by the fact that all nodes/devices are identified in control information systems, collecting and analysing data traffic data network traffic inside vehicle control system, and then using machine learning method, determining normal state of system traffic, as well as detecting abnormal changes in traffic state compared to normal, wherein used system is configured to only inform user on traffic state and with possibility of blocking abnormal traffic, wherein to detect abnormal traffic behaviour, network traffic analysis is carried out based on static characteristics and dynamic characteristics.

EFFECT: technical result consists in neutralization of unauthorized access to vehicle control system data bus.
