FIELD: ceramics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a ceramic mixture for producing electrotechnical porcelain. Use: production of electroceramic materials of high-voltage insulators. Essence of invention: mass contains refractory clay, kaolin, porcelain scrap, glass-forming component in form of granite paste of Chebarkul deposit, wherein said components of mass are taken at following ratio of components, wt %: kaolin 20–26; refractory clay 18–22; feldspar 18–24; grip 23–27; porcelain scrap is the rest. Positive effect is as follows: reduction of firing temperature to 1200–1220 °C, increased strength of the obtained items for bending up to 85.15 MPa.
EFFECT: low burning temperature and high strength.
