SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refrigerators in vehicles. Refrigerating or heating device includes cavity, at least wall section of which is provided in form of vacuum adiabatic housing, engine compartment, located on the side and outside of the cavity, the compressor located in the engine compartment for the coolant compression, the first heat exchange module, located in engine room to provide heat exchange of coolant, second heat exchange module located in cavity for providing heat exchange of cooling agent, and cover of engine compartment, which closes engine compartment for separation of flow path, so that internal air flow and external air flow have directions opposite to each other.
EFFECT: increased volume of the device and improved cooling.
