FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fertilizers from organic natural substances, in particular, from peat. Method of producing organomineral fertilizers from lowland peat involves a step for preparing an organic semi-finished product by milling low-lying peat to particle size of less than 5 mm. Then humic substances are extracted by means of ground low peat processing with 0.8% aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide at temperature in reactor 60-70°C for 24 hours with periodic automatic mixing. Ratio of peat and alkali solution is 1:12. After that pephogum mixture is poured into another container and diluted with water in ratio 1:1.3. Supernatant is then drained, settled for 24 hours and switched to the next step. Remaining peat-humic mixture is used for preparation of organomineral fertilizers with neutral or alkaline medium reaction. Humic acids are deposited in the solution from the previous step; supernatant sulphate-fulvic mixture is separated to prepare organic-mineral fertilizers with acid reaction of the medium. Remaining solution of humic acids is diluted with water at ratio of 1:6 for sulphate washing. One day later, the supernatant is drained for use in precipitation, and the humic acid solution is poured into the sediment maturation vessel, followed by centrifugation. After centrifugation into gel of humic acids, 0.35% solution of sodium and potassium alkali mixture is added at ratio of 1:1, diluted with water and enriched with nitrogen.
EFFECT: technical result of claimed method is production of liquid organomineral fertilizers with different reaction medium, different purpose and mechanism of action in single technological process with wasteless processing of organic natural raw material.
