SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of small shipbuilding, namely to inflatable boats with a rigid bottom, driven by compressed airflow moving in different media. Inflatable universal speed boat comprises contour of U-shaped inflatable beads, the bottom of which in cross section is made in form of rigid rectangular in plan air channel, which forms with inflatable sides a single boat frame. In its front part the propulsor is represented by an injection device in the form of an impeller of low power in the mode of the compressor, with the help of which a hydrodynamic jet is created in the aft part of the boat. Housing of pneumatic channel is made inside longitudinal corrugated upper and lower walls with longitudinal grooves and projections, arranged to each other, and directed towards aft part of boat. Boat is turned by fixed shield with possibility of its closing by means of mechanical control drive located on axis inside pneumatic channel in stern part. Bottom of airflow case is protected by layer of tensioned and fixed material with inflatable beads. Back part of the stern, between the open contour of the inflatable sides can be made outside the stern of the upper wall of the horizontal flange with a cap and installed with the possibility of lifting or lowering relative to the outlet hole of the pneumatic channel. Front part of boat ahead of small impeller can be closed with protective hydro-active wing with shield.

EFFECT: improved hydrodynamic characteristics, increased operational reliability and stable movement at speed over water, shallow water and ashore on compressed air flow, as well as increased safety of boat movement.
