FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, specifically to cleaning colmatage filters. Device includes a control unit on the surface, a downhole part of the device with which a brush assembly is connected, brushes installed in a sealed housing, a generator of oscillations, a device for delivery of the downhole part of the device to the well bottom. Geophysical cable is used as the delivery device. Control unit is made in the form of system unit with monitor. In the downhole part of the device there is a fixing unit, a conical reduction gear with one drive and several driven shafts. Block of brushes is made in the form of brushes in the form of part of sphere with cylindrical base, with steel wire and with bracket, in which a hole of elongated shape is made. Brushes are connected with output shafts of bevel reducer, having flat holders with holes. Device includes downhole sensors and downhole controller of sensors, to input of which they are connected, and which output is connected through geophysical cable to system unit, as well as a downhole control controller connected by a well control line with a fixing unit, an oscillation generator, a brush drive and with a geophysical cable and then through a control controller with the system unit.
EFFECT: enabling control of device position, efficient control of cleaning process.
