In the method of protecting computer networks with identification of multiple simultaneous attacks, N≥1 reference identifiers of authorized information streams are pre-stored, setting P≥1 false addresses of subscribers of a computer network, setting a plurality of reference sets of unauthorized information flows appearing, different from each other by identifiers, as well as setting the coincidence coefficient threshold of the unauthorized information flow occurrence sequence with the corresponding reference set, receiving the next message packet, determining its legitimacy and identifying the unauthorized information stream, wherein assigning to this stream an ordinal mark depending on the information resource, to which the action is directed, forming a filtering rule of the unauthorized information flow, wherein labels are grouped, after which filtration rules are changed with allowance for grouped labels, i^th unauthorized information flow is blocked and an attack signal is generated for the corresponding information resource.

EFFECT: technical result is higher security of computer networks from computer attacks.
