SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for hygienic treatment of hands of medical personnel, in emergency situations zones, as an antimicrobial and bactericidal agent. Antiseptic agent contains water, potassium alum, lanolin, cocoa butter, β-phenyl-ethanol, 20 % aqueous extract of propolis, with the following ratio of ingredients, wt. %: distilled or demineralized water – 90.00–92.00, potassium alum – 1.76–2.00, cocoa butter – 3.12–3.30, β-phenyl-ethanol – 0.20–0.30, 20 % aqueous extract of propolis – 1.01–1.70, lanolin – 1.91–2.70.

EFFECT: agent has effective bactericidal and antiseptic properties, stability of quality indices, which enables to use the agent as a skin antiseptic and a disinfectant for small surfaces.
