FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Disclosed is a method of eliminating a problem encountered during application operation, realized by a computer, in which a) disabling at least two application modules in accordance with a diagnosis rule for said fault, b) checking troubleshooting due to disconnection of at least two application modules and c) in case of troubleshooting include at least one application module from among disabled application modules according to diagnostic rule for said problem; d) troubleshooting is eliminated by including at least one application module and e) in case of failure, determining at least one said application module as related to the cause of the fault; f) eliminating the problem by disabling at least one said application module, which has been determined as related to the cause of the fault.
EFFECT: technical result is providing troubleshooting, which occurred during operation of application.
