FIELD: furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a furnace for tests on fire resistance and fire safety of building structures and engineering equipment. Furnace includes furnace housing, having detachable walls, floor, rigidly connected to lower part of furnace housing, and furnace shutter, lined with refractory materials and forming fire chamber, burners operating on liquid fuel, fuel supply system to burners, system for air supply to fire chamber and combustion products removal system from fire chamber, wherein burners are located in walls of fire chamber in groups in form of blocks of three burners with distance between burners, providing possibility of ignition of fuel-air mixture of one burner from torch of operating adjacent burner, fuel supply system to burners is equipped with air ducts for supply of dried air and is made with possibility of constant supply of fuel and air into central burner of unit and constant supply of air to side burners irrespective of fuel supply, air supply system to fire chamber is equipped with forced air injection mechanism, combustion products removal system is equipped with an adjustable combustion products removal system made in the form of a pipe with an element installed inside it for maintenance in the fire chamber of excess pressure connected to the hole made in the upper part of the fire chamber, wherein walls of fire chamber of furnace are made of ceramic brick, overlapping furnace - from heat-resistant concrete, and lining is made of two-layer combination layers of non-combustible heat-insulating materials with low heat conductivity and heat capacity, as fuel used is diesel fuel, as a mechanism for forced injection of air into the fire chamber and an element for maintaining excess pressure in the fire chamber, a fan is used, shutter is used as an element to maintain overpressure in the fire chamber.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of used diesel fuel.
