FIELD: rocket equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering, namely, to liquid-propellant rocket engines (LRE) and their various configurations in the first stage of booster rocket. Launching stage operating in dense and discharged layers of atmosphere, containing liquid rocket engines with nozzles of preliminary earth expansion, annular shell fixed to the step body, fairings and a common skirt, wherein the skirt is made of carbon-carbon composite material, is fixed to the annular shell, in which there are holes for supply of fuel to the inner surface of the skirt, and on the end surface between the pre-expansion nozzles occupying the entire middle part of the step and the skirt cowlings are formed, formed by intersection of surfaces of pre-expansion nozzles and surface of skirt.
EFFECT: invention provides for improvement of middle track specific pulse of booster stage, reduction of weight and increase of reliability.
